I hate the new version of Internet Explorer (I think IE 7?) and want to go back to the previous one. Can one advise how to do so?

Thanks

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP

Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
Click "Add or Remove Programs."
Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove." (If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20 or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")

i cant figure out which exactly to erase though? theres nothing there exclusively ie7. im seeing a number of diff menus such as chinese menus korean menus, which all seem to be referring to ie7. the one which actually has ie7 tho is called Windows Internet Explorer 7 and appears it will get rid of the whole IE program. no?

that will remove IE7...but it will (should) leave IE6 intact...IE7 is installed as an update to IE6..not as a seperate program...
