Glad to hear that you have not had any further BSOD, it proves a couple of things, there is nothing wrong with your boot drive or the Windows OS and the issue in fact is/was being caused by something that you have been installing.

 

Not sure why you are having trouble with that update as the partitions on the drive should still be the same size.
