Problem with Audio instilation

Alright, Ive been having an audio problem for a good while now. It would fluctuate in and out, working and not. So I looked online, and finally apparently it was just a missing file for Soundblaster live 5.1. And now a new problem has arisen, After going a week without any sound, all the sudden my comouter says:

NEW HARDWARE DETECTED!:

Multimedia Audio Controller

PCI input Device

I tried installing them but it wont let me, i tried updating them from the device manager, but still no go. and so I guess i need to find some software on the net that can install these. Atleast my computer finally knows that they are there. So i guess im on the right track, any help would be appreciated.

Cross-posting is sooo annoying wolfbane25! No need. Just post once in the correct forum (hardware). This is not a 'video and audio editing' problem! See my help reply in the hardware forum.
