needed to reinstall symantec system works. get message to insert norton anti virus disc (which is part of system works cd being read)

browsed cd to the nav folder and tried to install opening the nav install file.
get message"your system administrator has policies in place to prevent this program installing"

question? what's going on...i'm logged on as the system administrator.

I have heard of some having this problem with norton anti virus in norton system works what they have done to fix the problems is to do a uninstall of norton system works then restall it.
