Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger Error

Hello,

I recentely encountered a problem when trying to open my documents or any other folder on my desktop. An error message comes up stating Dr Watsob Postmortem Debugger Error has occured and needs to shut down. When I click send or not send report my PC freezes up and I have to restart my computer. Using the internet seems to be working just fine, I just can't open any folders. I am not very computer savy, but I would like to try and fix this myself if possible. Any advice?
