hello everyone, i have no idea where to look for an answer to this question and have looked over the forum a little and didnt see anything that could help me so i made a new topic...if im in the wrong spot im sorry.

on my way to pokerstars.com i am running into an unstable server(isp 144.232.26.48) whick is causing me to disconnect from the pokerstars server all the time. i have been in touch with their tech people for 2 weeks now and they still dont know what the problem is. i know it isnt a problem on my end and apparently it isnt a problem on there end either. th problem is the path that i take to pokerstars.com. now my question is this; is there any way for me to bypass that particular hop and still get to pokerstars?...any help would be appreciated because i have already pulled all my hair out and they seem unable to help me anymore. oh 1 more thing. i never had a problem with that site until they did an update. im wondering if they rerouted my path to them during the update, or if it is in fact just an unstable server that im hitting. thanks again

The hops to get to a particular server are out of both you and your ISP's control. This is done behind the scenes on a level so far down the network chain that its at the very heart of the Internet.
