I was wondering how to create a Semi-Opaque, Alpha Transparent PNG. I have photoshop, but not an internet connection, so downloading things onto my travel-drive at the library usually takes up too-much time. So if there is any way (rather than that stupid PHP trick or anything that works only in IE) to make an Alpha Transparent PNG? Such as: The easiest way, edits with notepad or anything simplistic.. Thank you.

If you have a free program for this, I would be happy to download.
