my asus m2n4 SLI mobo only supports 1.8 V. but then im getting cosair XMS2 dual channel 1gb ram that requires 1.9 V to go into 4-4-4-12 but then it will still boot with 1.8V into 5-5-5-15.

my question is:
1. if the ram supports 1.9V but the mobo supports 1.8V would the ram go slower or something?
2. would i be better of getting cosair value ram that boots up with 1.8V?
3. how can i manually increase the timming or speed?
