After upgrading a used computer with SP 2, we have lost the ability to open Outlook Express for the mail. The message states that we are missing.... MSOE.dll

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Add and Remove, delete SP2, check to see if that made a difference. Reload SP1 if it is missing...and do a sfc_/scannow...then reload SP2...
