I just bought a linksys wrt55ag which got terrible reviews, but I am using old technology on the cheap. I have never set up a router before and this one will not maintain a connection. Watching streaming video is extremely chopping. I am trying to connect to a media center extender and to a wireless laptop and the connectivity is sketchy. The green lights on the router are constantly flashing as it resets about 5 times every minute.

Help? I wanted the A band for video and the g for the rest. But I am very new to all of this...and it turns out reviews on this router are bad. I just didn't know what else to buy.
