Router Crashes?/Resets?

Hi,
This problem has been going on for about a few weeks now. I would be on the net, playing xbox 360 live, or anything that uses the internet. All of the sudden the internet would go down. I then have to unplug the router power and plug it back in and everythings fine. It does it about once a day. It is really annoying.
~I think it started happening when i updated the firmware. Im not sure tho
Router is a Linksys BEFSR41 ver 3

Hmm, it still seems to be doing this.
my computer was just sitting here along with my xbox360 on, then it just happened. I wasnt on the 360 just on ebay
