Dazzle Platinum Audio

Hello,
I recently purchased a Dazzle Platinum and installed all the discs. The reason I purchased the Dazzle was so that I could record my games while playing on my Xbox 360. I have the Dazzle Platinum connected to my USB, and the other side connected to my output in my TV. This is how it is supposed to be set up, I believe.

The weird part is, whenever I record television, such as a channel, I get perfect video and audio. However, in order to play my Xbox 360, my TV must first be turned onto Video 1. As soon as I turn on Video 1, my audio dissapears, and only my video remains.

So basically, I can record off TV perfectly, but when I make the change from TV to Video 1, I lose audio.

Any ideas?
