Windows media playey says "Cannot play back the audio stream: no audio hardware is available, or the hardware is not responding. Then when I check it with the device manager I get a code 10 failure. If you have on-board sound windows may not have the correct drivers to run the sound. You will probably need to look at your motherboards website to see if you can download the correct sound drivers for it. On some MB's th sound drivers are included with the chipset drivers so you must run the chipset drivers to get to the sound drivers. We can look this up if you can tell us whet type ( make and model) of the computer or motherboard is.
