Hello Salku69 :whistling:

Please read this post completely, it may make it easier for you if you copy and paste this post to a new text document or print it for reference later.

This is important before we start to fix things with HijackThis:
=> Make sure that HiJackThis its saved in to its own folder such as C:\Program Files\HJT.
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT. You can do this by going to My Computer then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.

Move HijackThis.exe to this folder, then right click on HijackThis.exe choose Rename and rename it to Salku, from now on use HiJackThis from this folder.

You can create a shortcut to your desktop by doing the following right-click HijackThis.exe and select "Send To" from the options and then choose "Desktop".

When done with the above instructions, start avast! Antivirus, make sure that it has the latest update, then schedule a boot time scan with avast! Click on the little button placed up in the left corner (menu), and select Schedule Boot-Time Scan. Read also this tutorial HERE it may make it easier to you to follow the steps.

Next, choose
  • Scan all local disks
  • scan archive files
  • click on Schedule
On the next dialog Operating system restart needed select Yes
Now avast! will restart your computer and start to scan before Windows fully loads.

When you are done with the above instructions, reopen HiJackThis and do a scan with it by clicking "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Include the content of the log file generated with HiJackThis in your next response!

Please if you have any questions regarding my instructions, or you don't understand something, feel free to ask me before you proceed with the instructions.

Hello Salku69 :whistling:

I dont know what to do because i dont want to reformat my drive

Don't worry, it will need some time, but we will clean your computer step by step, just try to follow my instruction as they are and don't panic. Now answer this question and after that follow the steps provided bellow.

1. Before installing avast! on your computer, did you had Norton antivirus installed on it? There are some entries in your log that belong to Symantec products. I need to know this, cause having entries from other antivirus can prevent your current antivirus of working properly.

---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------

Please read this post completely, it may make it easier for you if you copy and paste this post to a new text document or print it for reference later.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
  • Next, download AVG Anti-Spyware from HERE and save that file to your desktop.
This is a 30 day trial of the program
    • Once you have downloaded AVG Anti-Spyware, locate the icon on the desktop and double-click it to launch the set up program.
    • Once the setup is complete you will need run AVG Anti-Spyware and update the definition files.
    • On the main screen select the icon "Update" then select the "Update now" link.
      • Next select the "Start Update" button, the update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
    • Once the update has completed select the "Scanner" icon at the top of the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
    • Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then select "Quarantine".
    • Under "Reports"
      • Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
      • Un-Select "Only if threats were found"
Close AVG Anti-Spyware, Do Not run a scan just yet, we will shortly.
  • Reboot your computer into SafeMode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight SafeMode then hit enter.Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browserClick Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.

IMPORTANT: Do not open any other windows or programs while AVG Anti-Spyware is scanning, it may interfere with the scanning proccess:
  • Launch AVG Anti-Spyware by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
  • Select the "Scanner" icon at the top and then the "Scan" tab then click on "Complete System Scan".
  • AVG Anti-Spyware will now begin the scanning process, be patient this may take a little time.
Once the scan is complete do the following:
  • If you have any infections you will prompted, then select "Apply all actions"
  • Next select the "Reports" icon at the top.
  • Select the "Save report as" button in the lower left hand of the screen and save it to a text file on your system (make sure to remember where you saved that file, this is important).
  • Close AVG Anti-Spyware and reboot your system back into Normal Mode and post the results of the AVG Anti-Spyware report scan.
After you are done with the above instructions and when you are in Normal Mode, navigate to C:\Program Files\HJT\HijackThis.exe, right click on HijackThis.exe, choose Rename and rename it to Salku, from now on keep this name, DO NOT change back the name! This is IMPORTANT!

Then run another scan with HijackThis which is now named as Salku.exe and post the contents of the new log back here, together with the contents of AVG Anti-Spyware report scan!
Regards,

Hello Salku69 :whistling:

Please follow my instructions exactly as i am giving them to you! Your computer has infections on it, and if your not following the instructions right, it would be very hard to fix your computer!VERY IMPORTANT - Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore"), Navigate to C:\Program Files\HJT\HijackThis.exe, right click on HijackThis.exe, choose Rename and rename it to Salku, from now on keep this name, DO NOT change back the name! This is IMPORTANT!

Then run another scan with HijackThis which is now named as Salku.exe and post the contents of the new log back here!

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
  • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log in a reply to this thread.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

When done with the above also do this

Open HijackThis (Salku.exe), click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

In your next reply post back with contents of vundofix.txt, uninstall_list.txt and new Hijackthis (Salku.exe) log!
