kb890859 keeps reinstalling

I did a clean install of xp pro and been working throught the updates. For some reason kb890859 keeps needing to be reinstalled each time I start the computer, any ideas?

Turn off Automatic Updates then go to the update site and install all the updates but that one then reboot and go back and install that one. Or you may be able to install that one alone.
