Hey guys, I downloaded Super AntiSpyware. Then I updated it and did a full system scan. Now, everything is working properly!! The first time I tried downloading it froze after 2 seconds but since then it's been fine. Thanks for your help. PROBLEM SOLVED !!!

Very happy to hear to that, so did it delete or quarantined anything in the after the scan?

If so then it was some kind of Malware, or other threat.

Yeah, there was a small list of things that needed to be quarantined. One or two of them were medium threats.
