Error when opening anything!

When ever I try to open a file, folder or program I get a message that says:
CANNOT CREATE A FILE WHEN THAT FILE ALREADY EXISTS

Any suggestions on the cause and how to stop this. :tazz:

The only thing u can do now is restore all your memory . That the only way to fix the problems
