Email attachments

I'm using Outlook Express 6 and for some reason I can't receive email attachments from one person. When I check the properties and details of the email though, it says: X-MS-Has-Attach: yes. When she sends to my hotmail account the attachment is there, although it does land in my Junk E-Mail box. I receive tons of emails with attachments daily, and hers is the only one that comes w/o the attachment. I'm not a techie, so I'm not sure where to begin to troubleshoot this. Thanks for any help.

Check the settings in OE from Tools/Options/Security tab and see what is checked under Virus protection and Download Images. If your friend's email online is going to the Junk Box each time, try adding her in as one of your favorites. I believe there is a Not Spam button when reading email online that is in the Junk Box.
