I have set up my server using SuSE 9, but for some reason i can't get the LDAP to work, it asks me to enable a feature i can't get to without first starting the LDAP service before i can start the LDAP service or even save the setting for that matter.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried using SUSE 10 or upgrading the system... There might be better support for it.
