well ok I think I made a post about the dvd decoder? well now when I try and play a dvd in the player I installed. here is the message

A CSS error occurred while trying to play the DVD. Please try restarting your computer to fix the problem. If you continue to receive this error, please try reinstalling your DVD navigator, or contact your DVD navigator manufacturer

can anyone help me out???
