Hello..I just purchased a new laptop with the vista program installed.I have a few questions:

1. How can I add Internet Explorer tool bar? Or can I add a favorites icon on the google tool bar?

2.Is there a way to transfer my favorites list from windows XP to vista?

How can I add Internet Explorer tool bar?

It's already there. Look just underneath the 'address window'. Also, look to the far right of the 'tab' in IE7....you'll see a little icon that looks like a gear, click on Tools. You'll also see that 'favorites' is in the address bar.
