hello sometimes i type go to , run and type ms config my setting's are changed usally its normal boot but it gets changed to something else and every thing is enabled when i go to startup. and another thing now i cant go to ms config when i do it says windows cannot find "ms" make sure you typed it correctly plz help me on this thx.
