When I boot up Windows XP, a blue screen appears for about a .10 of a second, then reboots. A continuous cycle...I've tried alot...safe mode, ive tried to install another copy of windows on it and it does the same thing once it installs the setup files and at the screen where you set the date and everything. What should I do?
