Hi as you start XP up u get a load screen with the flag . the flag is all blury and not clear is it my graphics card?(NVIDIA FX5200)?

if that is all that is the problem, I suspect that it is your monitor. LCD or CRT monitor?

Hi my monitor is a PACKARD BELL CRT i have had it almost 7 years now & the sound i have no problem with nice beat and that brilliant but it i get a lcd the sound isnt very good its ok but theres not much beat. this has 10 Watt built in.
and the monitor is a bulky 1 its cramed agenst a wall and does get hot.so the monitor is a CRT so cud tht be it?
