While my husband was surfing he got asked to download a picture viewer at a site he trusts. He tried to get it and it told him he couldnt get it but it placed this quetionmark icon on his task bar that blinks and you cannot right click to remove/ shutdown etc. If you click on it your IE opens and takes you to a webpage Spylocked.com. He has run spybot and adaware and it didn 't help either. Any and all help would be appreciated.
