Can anyone help me please? I bought a two month old laptop from a friend. She had registered it in her name and although I have replaced her name with mine as administrator, I find her name keeps appearing on many of my new document files.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the registration to my name and will this then prevent her name appearing on my document files.
Any help anyone can give me would be very much appreciated.
