My first reaction would be to restart the computer.
Is this your first account with Yahoo Mail? Or has this just started.

I'm still here dont worry
So restarting the computer doesn't work, and it just started this evening...
Is it only when you check mail, or does this happen no matter what you try?

Sooo... I'm using Firefox, too, but still get the same Yahoo Mail blank inbox page with the uber-irritating "done" at the bottom of the window. Email works just fine from school, just not from my home computer. And the same blankness happens in Outlook and IE, too! It took all of my brain power to get Firefox to work around my lousy Norton Firewall... but I got that all figured out. Brain=sore. Before I got Firefox to function, though, Yahoo mail worked in IE. I can access my Yahoo inbox if I go through a webpage's "email us"-type link, but I can't reply to the messages - just gives me a compose window with no composition part. What do you all suppose is happening here? It hurts to think anymore.

I understand your frustration...believe me
... Since Firefox didn't work for you, I copied a reply from Yahoo when I wrote their "customer care." Maybe this will help.....hopefully!! Good luck..... from susie
