Is [removed] a secure site? A friend of mine wants to know if it is safe to buy stuff from here...

I'm not familiar with the site, but I did go to the payment link. It does allow for credit card payments through Western Union, and it also gives the option of paying through Paypal (with a large enough order). Both of those should be secure for payment purposes. I can't give any information as to whether the site is legit or not, as I've never heard of them.
