OMG HELP

Ok, just posted something about IE7, and literaly 2 mins of doing so.

Im now getting a message saying Windows Explorer has encountered a probelm and then closed the desktop and bar at the bottom.
Its happening continuosly what do i do?

Sometimes its tellin me something to about rundll has encountered a problem, then windows searches for a solution to the problem, then restarts and so on and so on.

The window is popping up now continously while im typing this, closes itself and then every 4 to 5 seconds opens again.
