I don't really understand what you mean but I have un-installed and re-installed Firefox. It didn't work. It keeps the same thing. Can you please tell me how you fixed it step by step or can somebody else help me.

I did what you said it didnt work. I noticed that when I re-install Firefox it keeps my setting and stuff (eg. Bookmarks, extensions and themes). Is there any way I can install Firefox clean as in where I started from in the begginning so that everything is default and my scroll bar would work.
Any suggestions?

Sean, many programs including Firefox install that type of profile information into the "Application Data" folders on your computer. These are defaulted as hidden folders and can be found in the "C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox" where [user] is generally "Owner" and/or "Administrator" and/or "All Users" (I would check all of them. Uninstall Firefox, remove the above-mentioned folders and then reinstall Firefox. Let me know how that works.
