Hello there,

I seem to be having a lot of trouble with internet explorer, it wont load, it goes too but then nothing. I have tried to load it through hotmail, shortcuts, windows updates and program files and nothing. I have downloaded all updates via firefox for ie, even tried ie6 and ie7 but neither will install, I also cannot access internet options in control pannel.
I can still use internet via firefox but most of updates and hot mail open via ie, which is very annoying lol.

Xoftspyse also picks up Virus.win32.delf.ak (3 instances) every time i turn pc on, and cant seem to get rid of it.

I will be very grateful if someone could take time to help with my problem.
Thank you

Leon

Hi billycorn.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty (and you may not be) then post a hijackthis log in THE MALWARE FORUM forum.
(Posting HiJack This logs in any other forum other than the malware forum is forbidden. If you post an HJT log in any other forum, it will be removed and it will take you longer to get help, so please make sure you only post HJT logs in the malware forum)

If you are still having problems after getting the "all-clear" from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
