Javascript and Flash player problems

When I try to start my my webcam on a site i get this message "Please ensure that your browser has Javascript enabled and that you have Flash 9 installed.
Flash can be downloaded from [url="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer""]http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer"[/url].

But i have Flash9 installed and Javascript enable, what can it be?
