Hi, thanks to your fantastic help on here I sucessfully removed the Looksky trojan from my mates computer, THANKS!

However, one small problem, it has gone from all the user accounts in Windows XP, but everytime anyone quits IE it comes up with an error box "The instruction at 0x021338e referenced memory at 0x022237d4. The memory could not be read"

Any ideas please? :whistling:

The error msg you are receiving may be related to software issues, but let's take a look and see if we can't find any infections residing on your PC. In the Must-Read-Before-Posting-Hijackthis-Log- section, it will ask you to scan and post those results for one of our analyst to decipher. What I need is the HJT, super Anti-Spyware and Pandascan reports, then I will be much better equipped in assisting you.
