how do you do a "repair" to the network connections like you could in windows XP?
Is the vista "Diagnose" button the same thing as the repair option in XP?
I just want to know how you get it to renew sure connection IP address along with clearing the nettb stuff and all that jazz.
Thanks =)

Hi fear187...

There are a couple of ways to do what you ask.

If you have the connection icon in your system tray, right click on it and choose "Diagnose and Repair.

From Control Panel, open the Network and Sharing Center, in the Network section, click on "View Status", and click on "Diagnose" in the Activity section.
