The screenshot is very helpful, Daniel.

• Press Windows + I to get at Settings. From there, go to System and click on Notifications.
• Scroll under Get notifications from these senders.
• If you see HP One Agent, HP Display Control, or HP Connection Optimizer, toggle OFF all of them.

 

Let me know what you did, and after a few days, if the notifications stopped.

I did not see HP One Agent, HP Display Control, or HP Connection Optimizer. 

But I did turn off the notifications on the lock screen.

 

Let's see if the notifications stop for a few days.
