Hi there does anyone know anything about the above MP3 I was given this as a present but I am having no luck transfering music files to it.any suggestions?? I am well and truly stuck.

It will only transfer with MusicMatch 9 software

This is for the UK Version - I would download and save the Installation CD Contents and the Music Match Software and burn them to CDR

There is a firmware update, though you should check with them to see if it is required
