RECENTLY LOADED MULTIPLE SOFTWARE ...AUTOCAD LT AND CHANGED FROM PEOPLEPC TO AOL....NOW MISSING LIBEXPAT.DLL FILE AND WINDOW INSTALLER CRASHES.... SOMEHOW MICROSOFT PROJECT 2002 AND MONEY 2003 DELTED OR NOT ACCESSIBLE... MISSING SGUARD.MSI FILE..... ANY HELP OUT THERE....

IT IS DIFFICULT TO READ ALL CAPS

Libexpat.dll is not a windows file...how do you know you are missing it?

Reinstall Windows installer
