finding the key code for windows 2000

I need to make a fresh installation of windows 2000 on a new harddrive because i cant ghost the one i have now because of something to do with raid but i was wondering if theres a way to find the windows key code for windows 2000. I searched the registry but i couldnt find it... if anyone can help please reply
