Whevever I try to run Disk Defragmenter, I get an error message. A pop-up notification shows up. In the title it says "Microsoft Management Console." The actual message looks like this:
Name:<unknown>
CLSID:{43668E21-2636-1101-AICE-0080C88593A5}
After I click on "OK," Disk Defragmenter opens up and in the window the only that to be seen is a message that says "Snap-in Creation Failed."

If anyone knows how I can solve this problem please let me know.

Hi again friedpooodle,

Please open HJT> Click on the Config button> Click >Misc. Tools > Click > Open Process manager> Highlight “
HXZAGBTA.EXE
“ >Click> Kill process
Next click the scan button and put a check mark next to the following, close all open windows , Click “ Fix Checked”

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\about.htm
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [AOL Instent Messenger] HXZAGBTA.EXE
O8 - Extra context menu item: LimeShop Preferences - file://C:\Program Files\LimeShop\System\Temp\limeshop_script0.htm

Reboot to safe mode ( by tapping the F8 key on start up ) make sure you can view all hidden folders/files View Hidden Folders search for and delete the following in BOLD

C:\WINDOWS\system32\HXZAGBTA.EXE

Restart your computer,

Please run these two online scans. Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
ActiveScan

You should try to delete any files that these scanners are unable to clean. Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

Then scan again with HijackThis and post another log.

Thanks for your help. Housecall detected "ADW RULDOR.C" and I deleted it. PandaScan won't work on my computer because there is something wrong with javascript (been like this since computer was bought). Disk Manager isn't working yet but I think we're getting there. Here's my latest log:

Are you getting any errors ?
When trying to run Disk Manager

Lets see if we can get your Javascript sorted

From the browser's Tools menu select "Internet Options..."
Select the Security tab.
Pick the "Internet zone" icon.
Push the "Custom Level..." button.
Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists.
Under the "Active scripting" item, choose the Enable radio button.
Push OK and Yes to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Refresh the current page.

Active Scripting was already enable. What do you mean by "Are you getting any errors ?
When trying to run Disk Manager?" I don't think I use this program

A little f.y.i. The only reason that these are two different topics is because I'm using two different computers, and the two problems are on different computers.

I'll use your advice and delete those folders and then post back.
