I have a photo that my mother E-mailed to me and I am not able to view it on my computer at all.
It is a .psf file of a scanned image and I was curious if there were any ways to change the file type.

If this is the right file type then maybe Adobe Photoshop which you may not have. Maybe you can open it in Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2. Hope it is not a Portable Sound Format.

Can you get your mother to resend it in a more popular format?

I ended up using XNView to convert it to a jpg

Here is the image if you are interested, it is of my soccer team after we had just won a Columbus Day weekend tournament about 13 years ago.
