Problem – the fast setting returns to medium speed with reboot.
Access: R click desktop – select Mouse Pointer from menu – then in the Mouse Properties window, select Pointer Options – then select Fast – then Apply – then OK.
Is it a Vista/my/or another issue – fix or no fix available?
