Publisher 2007 – Navigation Bar – Pull-Down/Out

I would like to place pull/pop down menus on my navigation bar (top and/or left), so as to add
pages to the site / organize pages hidden within the navigation bar - with a few topics in view then
sub-pages available on the pull downs/pull outs (“mouse over activated”).
This seems to be the norm both for appearance and easy function - and will allow me to keep pages neat and clean, before the “fold” navigation, without many (excess) items showing on the primary navigation bar.
Anyone know how I can find and then somehow import this feature within my Web Site created with publisher 2007?
