I want to transfer a file from my User Profile which is the administrators profile, to my wife's Standard Profile. I thought I could just Cut or Copy it and Paste it into a file on her profile but when I try Paste is greyed out. Can anyone tell me how I transfer the file over?

The clipboard doesn't retain data across different profiles. Copy the file to a floppy or a thumb-drive, then copy it from there to your wife's profile.
