AOL 9.0VR will not restart

I have installed AOL 9.0vr, all windows vista updates, and all aol updates. AOL 9.0vr starts eveuntually, but when the computer is restarted 9.0vr shows it is running but will not connect. I get a message that says update, click ok, then restart message, restart then nothing.

Any Ideas?
