Hi guys, so I have been fighting outerinfo and I found the topic on how to remove it, and I have an intermediate problem. I am running combofix, which finds the infected files and deletes them, and it is stuck and my computer will basically not work. My taskbar will not appear, and that is a problem. Here is what combofix says:

'GREP' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Anyone have an idea to what this means and how I can fix it? Thanks.
