Whenever i access certain folders in windows explorer, i get this problem "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." .. this literally freezes up my PC and I have to do control Alt Delete and End Task to close the non responsive window.... it says: EventType : BEX P1 : drwtsn32.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.0 P3 : 3b7d84a2

Ive gone through all of the measure in the 'You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Malware Cleaning Guide' thread, but Im still having the problem.

Just as a bit of background, I did infact get a virus recently, but I had an image of my c drive backed up from a few months ago, so I restored the image... this problem have started occuring since restoring... first of all I thought the problem was due to the antivirus software I was using (as I was getting another error which seemed to be linked to Mcafee), anyway, I uninstalled Mcafee and put on free AVG, but still got the problem... I would really appreciate any help with this, as its driving me crazy and Ive already spend hours trying to truoble shoot and acouring the internet for any possible answers.. thanks in advance.

Problem is now solved (after hours of trouble shooting)... in the end it was something to do with the divx I had installed (the folders that were causing the pc to freeze contained divx files).. I uninstalled all my divx codecs and re-installed DIVX521XP2K and it seems to have solved the problem... I also de-activated the folder thumb preview for good measure!)
