Noted for future reference - however, I thought the forums resized the large images so that they would not be so large?

Investigating the image size was beneficial, because the size was 1600x1200! YIKES! - I resized the image to 600x450, and reuploaded the image and relinked it - If I need to go lower on the size I will - I initially uploaded the picture right out of my Dad's attachment to me, and did not resize because my browser does that, or so I thought, however, the size appears ok now - if not, please let me know and I'll do this one again :)

Thanks ScHwErV :)

Nice Brian! Looks like a stuffed animal :)

Thanks Excal - I am sure that she will be spoiled rotten by Dad and Carolyn - I thought she was pretty cute too - Dad loves to fish, so I am sure that where he goes, she will go :)

The last dog that I owned was a beagle, named cheeko, so she was also spoiled - she was so protective of me and my older brother, and at one point, actually grabbed my ear (when I was 2) and dragged me across the floor - my parents said I loved it *sigh* those were the days - Zeva will be in a pretty good position :)

The forum software does resize, but only so that it fits physically inside the forums borders. However it does not shrink down the image, so someone on dialup would have to wait about a week for that picture to load.

The dog is not, sadly, wearing leather. She has *nylon* accessories. aaarrgghhhhh Help her now, before the other dogs see her and make fun of her!

Now you just need to learn the unwritten forum rule of not triple posting. :)

But in all seriousness, that is a very cute dog. My family was thinking of getting one like that, but we ended up getting a westie instead. By the way, Zeva is an interesting name, where'd it come from?

Stettybet0:

First, I did not triple post - ScHwErV asked me to resize an image which I did, and I edited the top post hehehehe :) ;) :)

Second, I guess my Dad and stepmom decided to get a new dog after they had to put thier older dog down. I was told of this on Thanksgiving, but didn't realize that they were gonna move so fast. When I got the email from my Dad I was plesently surprised because she was so cute - She will have the best, and will be well taken care of - I have no idea where her name came from, I was just told that her name was Zeva and asked if she was cute. In my lease, I could have pets (noncaged) for a $300 USD pet deposit. However, I would be responsible for their care, and do not believe I could take adequate care of them.

That is why I will make sure to get some dog treats for her when I go out for Christmas shopping :)

Brian, your triple post is fine :) The first two would be extremely helpful to others who may have the same problem and your third was back on topic.
