128 bit encrypt and win95 apps file cant find

As stated above, I cannot find my Win95 Apps file. I have no backup
I got this comp at goodwill. I know my Hardware profiles. I do not know my
comp stlye. it is a knock off I am sure.But my last comp had 16 megs ram so this is a upgrade. I need to find a apps system file to download the 128 encrytp code.
Can you guys/gals help me. <_<

As I understand it, you want to get 128-bit encryption for your Internet Explorer. As you might not know, Windows 95 is no longer supported by Microsoft. However, I did find this page where you can download the "Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack" (just choose your version at the right to download):

Thank you you reply.But I have been there done that I tried each one some
some several times.It stops before it completes and says I am missing a windows/
apps/ file to download it into. I need a win apps file first. <_<
