lets use a free diagnostics tool called HiJack This, that can be found in my signature, to look at whats running on your computer...please download the program, close all open windows and programs, hit scan, save the log and post a copy back here, then we can go from there
DO NOT delete or modify any of the results that come up from that scan unless told otherwise from a staff member, most of the items are either harmless or essential to your computer
