Companies that produce mal, spy, etc

Does anyone know where I can find a list of companies currently producing
spy, ad and malware? I find these things much worse than email spam since
they drag down your system, interfere with downloads/uploads, etc.
Seems that since they gave a guy 10 years for spamming via email, they should
start looking at charging those responsible for disseminatiing the other menaces of
the internet.
